We drive a 2005 tired Chevy Express passenger van with 180,000 miles and are in the market to downsize to a minivan. We haven't bought one yet, and have a 1,600 mile drive to a family reunion coming up. We thought we would rent a minivan to tote our crew in the meantime, but then looked at rental prices. Ouch! We gave this a try along with Classic Formula Engine Treatment, and noticed the engine knocking went away. Then we took the van to our mechanic, and he confirmed it would do fine on the long trip. The old girl should serve us well until we get around to buying the new van. Not sure how it does on the mileage yet, but hopeful to see improvement there, too.
