Viridian Bay Fontaine Collection Belrose Paper Towel Holder

Q: Do you have to take the top off in order to put the paper towel on the holder? Or, does the paper towel just slip right on?

The top needs to come off before the roll can come on. The screw is better than on some other metal holders that break easily.
