I rarely write a review, but I would like other potential customers to know that please do yourself a favor and do not buy this product. I purchased it last February in 2020 and it was O.K. This year what is printed has ink residues on paper. I though it was because of the ink cartridge and changed to the second cartridge in the package. However, the second one does not work! The printer repeated says "no toner" on the screen and even though I have watched a ton of videos on Youtube trying to fix the error, it still does not work. I also have posted a question here asking if the seller can refund partially the cost, I got no response and I somehow cannot see the questions anymore either. The seller does not seem to care about the customers. My pain is the seller's gain and this is not fair.

Product stated that it was compatible with Brother MFC-L3770CDW. The first cartridge worked. However, when I went to replace it with the 2nd cartridge, the 2nd cartridge would not work with the printer. The printer could not detect it. The quality of the copies was not great either with the 1st cartridge. There was some ghosting of the print that made it really difficult to read at times. I ended up buying a new set of toner cartridges (not this brand) and print quality was much better. Cheap price= Cheap product in this case.

These work, but... 1) they are not an exact match so when installing them you will think you bought the wrong item. They fit though.2) after install I had to totally shut down and restart the printer to get it to work and acknowledge the cartridge. The oem cartridges never give me that problem... but the OEM cost $$$$$.

I bought this in Mar 2020 during the COVID crisis as we were working from home and initially the toner worked fine. Then all of sudden my printer gave a message "No toner" even though the ink status was full. Since I bought a 2 pack, I opened a new one and installed it and got the same message again. I was about to call Brother Customer Service but I thought let me try replacing it with the original Brother cartridge. I bought a new one on Amazon and installed and the printer worked fine again. I suspect that Brother detect this as non-original and blocks its usage. there is no customer service and I am bummed that this has become complete waste of money.
