Received a used monitor!
I have tried the camera before from a friend and it was great to use. So I decided to order one for myself. However after waiting for a long time to receive the monitor, I opened up the sealed box to find the monitor with scratches on the front and back. There was no sleeve on the camera and monitor so it was clearly used and repackaged.Unfortunately I am not able to return it because I will be needing a camera urgently before traveling.

Monitor doesn’t connect
I bought this after reading a lot of good reviews but extremely saddened to share that the range of the monitor is very poor. I live in a pent house but I couldn’t even get the monitor to connect to the camera on the same floor. Only in the same room it would connect! Really disappointed with the issue as I waited a long time to get the camera delivered in the UAE.

Poor signal
Connection is very poor, cant even go a few meters away from the nursery and the signal gets lost

Disaster and not worth helf the money it costs
The base unit keeps loosing connection to the monitor between our loving room and bedroom which is literally one floor, which had worked with all other monitors before.
