Keep your soft cheeses fresh & tasty
By wrapping them in these paper sheets. Plastic wrap tends to promote mold. I read about these & I find them to be much better for extending the shelf life in the cheese drawer of my fridge.

Fresh Produce
I am amazed how well things stay fresh in these papers and bags. I wrap lettuce in a sheet (wash and dry well), and it stays fresh for weeks. I use a small bag for radishes, tomatoes, etc., and they also stay fresh for weeks. Cheese stays fresh pretty well, but cheese always has a problem keeping mold away, no matter how I wrap it. It is better in these sheets or bags, though.

Keeps cheese fresh!
I’m a cheese lover and never use anything else to store my cheese. It extends the shelf life and worth every penny!

Do not stand up to keeping produce fresh.
I did not find this product especially useful to improving the freshness of my fruits and produce. Fruits like berries are fragile, this product did not extend their freshness at all. They are at best good for lining the drawers of the refrigerator.

Don't waste your money
These sheets do not work. The cheese gets moldy rapidly and you're better off wrapping the cheese in paper towels and putting in a plastic bag.

A perfect solution
My cheese purchases last a long time, always turning, requiring me to cut off the bad spots, wash in vinegar, rinse in water, actually use the amount I want, wrap in fresh parchment/wax/saran only to repeat the next time! This special cheese wrap + my new cheese knife(!) eliminate 57 of the aforementioned steps!
