Great option for large grooming tub
I gave it 5 stars because for what I paid for it, it is great and worth it. I would buy again at the price I paid for it. However, there are a couple things about it you must know. The drain plumbing is trash, I think I kept the bucket strainer. I doubt it would pass any code. Basically just throw drain plumbing away and go to your local hardware store. It’s just a sink bucket and trap. Second thing you need to know is the bracing for the legs, it ties the legs together. It passes underneath the drain hole and so with normal hardware store plumbing really limits the positioning of your drain T at the wall. Luckily for me, I was able to shim drain pipe up and make it work. I would recommend figuring out exactly how high your drain comes out of P trap and make your T at wall precise height needed. Other than that I’d say better supply fixture plumbing instructions would be nice but those fixtures seem fine and the sprayer is powerful and works really well. A competent plumber or DIYer can figure it out.If the manufacturer is reading this, move that brace or retool the drain hole towards back until a P trap can clear brace. 4 or 5 inches would be fine. Dogs won’t care and so long as drain lines point towards hole, it’ll look fine. Also, people are going to have major plumbing issues with drain hardware supplied, you might even end up sued. Just don’t include it. We have plumbing codes.

BUYER BEWARE!
Bought 4 Vevor tubs from amazon in April 2022 for a dog wash. These were great! Well made and the grate in the bottom could be raised for smaller dogs.Ordered another 50" tub in January 2024 and the nightmare began. Everything was fine but the grate that was raised for the smaller dogs wouldn't fit in the bottom for the big dogs. Their ads say the dog stands above the water but not with this tub. Measured the old one and this tub was approx 1/2" shorter so the grate wont fit down in the bottom. Called Vevor directly back and forth for approx 30 days before they said the grate wasnt supposed to fit in the bottom and I could basically pound sand.Thank god for amazon right. I initiated the return but because it was past 30 days i had to pay a 225.00 restocking fee. We decided to get a bigger tub instead so we ordered a 60" tub and guess what, same problem. Its like the company changed hands and they were cutting corners and theres no quality control. The door is supposed to have a magnet to keep it shut and thats not there now so we use a wood wedge to keep the door closed. Anyway, before returning we ordered another 60" from walmart this time just to see if maybe it was an old one that worked properly. This workmanship on this was 2nd rate and was welded completely different and the tub immediately leaked between every spot weld on the ends! There was water everywhere and of course the grate still didnt fit in the bottom. The ramp also didnt pull out as the tracks were too close together and the ramp was jammed in at an angle and i needed a sledge hammer to separate them a little and got the ramp working. So expect the unexpected when dealing with Vevor. We are expanding again soon and ive started looking for better tubs.I will also never buy anything from walmart .com again. When i emailed them about the leaks they told me to send pics and video and then said to go buy stuff and fix it myself. When i refused they kept offering me a few dollars credit, 30.00 at a time to find someone local to fix it. Ever price out a stainless steel welder? Anyway, they would never initiate the return and i felt like they were stalling with 1 email per day to maybe get past the 30 day return time. With 6 days left and a 180.00 credit as the offer, i just called my credit card, capital one, and they immediately credited my account and told me that they would handle from there. Asked about returning tub and they said I could do whatever I want so I fixed the ramp and bought some Loctite marine sealant and the tub works fine. We did end up sending the grate out to a welder friend to be shorted by 1/4" and that cost 200.00! So, while we ended up ahead with a 1500.00 tub for approx. 450.00 because of everyones indifference to customer service, this whole process took over 2 1/2 months to resolve and a ton of my time and I still ended up with a junk product so i barely feel even.

Poor quality faucet and customer service is a joke!
I will start with the fact that I like to tub its self. The faucet that comes with it is not a your common 4inch faucet set up, the tub is designed (holes cut) for their own faucet which came already broken in my shipment. You can tell when holding the faucet it is made out of cheap materials. We hooked it up and it was spraying everywhere. I reached out through amazon to resolve the issue and the company email I sent my complaint and photos to does not deal with amazon orders and had to be forwarded to another department. When that department emailed me 3 business days later it was a generic response stating I need to send pictures and a description of my problem.

Not stainless steel
The drainage doesn’t work. I had to buy all new parts and rig it to work. The material isn’t stainless!!! It’s aluminum. The stairs don’t lock. And the insert is a real pain to get in and out. Can’t cut it into two piece bc of the way the lip is designed. I do not recommend this tub

Tub works. Accessories need help
After using tub for about a month it does seem sturdy like it will last. I have some complaints about the accessories and customer service made sure to make it right. They want you happy with your purchase.

Arrived scratched
The aluminum body was heavily scratched during the manufacturing process. The welder simply cut the protective plastic on the metal with a blade - thus etching the metal in many places, very unsightly and not what I expected for the money. Not great quality and damaged on arrival.

Garbage.
Inferior products from China, all of them. Amazon should pay us back. Rusting in less than 2 months. Cheap attachments. Junk.
