Arrowhead Mills, Buttermilk, Pancake & Waffle Mix, 1.6 lbs (737 g)

I've been making arrowhead buttermilk pancakes for many years and felt them to be superior to all others. Very recently they have changed the mix and the packaging and now say Organic buttermilk pancakes and waffles. This new recipe is distinctly inferior to the old both in flavor and texture. Too bad.

Did not realize when purchased that the product formulation has changed since the previous time I bought it. Now it “may” contain eggs and soy. Previously eggs had not been included in the mix. Now Amazon says it is not eligible for return. Very disappointing

I really like this waffle mix!I bought a new, inexpensive waffle iron with ceramic coating and when I follow the directions precisely, using the milk option, the waffles do not stick in my iron. I'm a big fan of vanilla and cinnamon so I typically add a bit to the mix, but it is fantastic on its own. My family likes it too!

I received the product with a hole in it so the flour is leaking all over and it is probably contaminated now since I don’t even know for how long it’s been open. Also not eligible for return!!

Of all the brands we have tried at WF this is the one we now stick with and tastes the best. I prefer a thinner pancakes so I add a little more milk(or water), my partner likes thick and this produces thick w/ it's instructions on box. And it's perfect w/ blueberries tossed in.So if you prefer a traditional pancake-organic, this is it. Would like to try their buckwheat, but cant find it yet.
