Been using this for about one month so posting a review. The delivery was efficient and it is quite easy to put together. It is also easy to take apart for cleaning. One of my cats was obsessed with running water and the other did not drink enough water. This fountain has worked very well for both of them. They drink more water than they did from the bowl. Overall, I am happy that I finally got a water fountain for them.

It is easy to assemble. It comes with 2 extra filters which is nice, plus the top is stainless steel. My cat played with the water at first, then eventually he learned that it’s for drinking. He loves using it and he drinks more now than before.

Totally ignored by my cat . Not even a hint of curiosity. Apparently cats need something at slower level to use for drinking. The machine itself looks nice and water flows well .

my cat likes this fountain so much! She didn't like a standard water bowl and usually preferred humans' mugs, but now she drinks water regularly thanks to the fountain. Good quality, stylish design. Work excellent (I bought it 3 weeks ago)

I had originally given this 1 star since the item came with a missing part. However the moment I made a complaint, the company quickly responded and promptly delivered it. It’s very rare to find such level of service.In terms of the fountain, my cat loves it! It fascinates him and I love the steel bowl. I’d buy from PawPaw every time.

My dog seldom drinks water from his water cup earlier, I have to insist every time.With this water fountain the times he drinks water got improved.It works well and with the light its easy to approach even at night.
