Another great Mora knife
Many fillet knives are made from low grade stainless steel. This one is made in Sweden from Sandvik steel that takes a great edge and stays sharp. The blade is flexible and the handle has a great grip making filleting meat and fish very easy. You can't find a better fillet knife for the money.
