Bringt wirklich was !
Ich ,wollte mir dieses Produkt zum Testen kaufen ,da ich mich im Vorfeld mit dem Thema Bloodflow restriction beschäftigt habe. Laut Untersuchungen soll allein durch diese Bänder die Muskelmasse erhöht werden. Jetzt nach ungefähr einem Jahr ,der Verwendung dieses Produktes habe ich tatsächlich 3 cm Oberarm Umfang zugelegt. Das einzige Problem,was eventuell in sehr seltenen Fällen auftreten könnte, ist eine erhöhte Thrombose Gefahr.
