A Solid-Cast Bronze Shutter Strap Hinge that can be used as a decorative and useful hinge for all forms of shutters. Because our product is solid bronze it has a higher expense than normal steel or iron hinges, however, those must be replaced over months and years, but our bronze shutters will last a lifetime. Over a long period of time, if installed outdoors, the solid cast metallic bronze hardware darkens to an old-penny brown then eventually to a greenish/blue patina. These colors compliment the browns and greens in nature and do not distract from the natural beauty of the landscape.
