Great quality, excellent price
Had to buy some headphones as the new iPhones don’t have them, and thought I’d try some wireless EarPods. After lots of research I decided to try these. I love Juice products, have a few of their cables, and these EarPods are a great balance between price and quality. Difficult to buy noise cancelling earpods at this price, and these look good, are comfortable in the ear and have great sound quality. Best of all for someone who’s not very confident with technology, they are a dream to pair with your device and really easy to switch on and charge.

Decent for what you get
Earbuds looked good and they fitted well. The sound quality was more than adequate and the touch controls seemed efficient too. As I would expect, it will take a bit of practise to fully master the touch controls, but it was easy to flit between ANC on and off, and I have had some fun trying out the voice assistant feature. The ANC may not have been as effective as I would have liked, but then they are not overly expensive earbuds, and I initially had a bit of a problem with them charging, but they seem to be alright now.

Great earphones at a reasonable price
Great set of headphones at a reasonable price can’t fault them if your looking for a pair of headphones that does what it says on the tin can’t fault them

Poor touch controls.
"Juice" is a very popular brand which I associate with supermarkets, and often with cables and emergency charging banks. I had high hopes for their wireless earbuds, especially when they have the nerve to put the word "pro" in the description. The box is quite small but well made, and feels like something which would contain a quality product. Opening it up you're presented with a charging case that has the earbuds already in place, although you do have to remove little plastic strips which protect the charging connectors before you can use everything. The case is covered in what feels like a thin layer of silicone, and it does help significantly with grip although it also worries me that a few weeks from now this will be very grubby indeed. Everything is quite clearly intended to ape Apple Airpods, and they do a good job of it. They look the part, and there's nothing cheap about them.Pairing with my iPhone was simple, if a little slow, but I have walked around with them in for a few hours at work and never lost connection despite various sources of potential interference such as strip lights and microwave ovens. Connectivity can't be faulted and neither for that matter can the sound quality which, unless you were to do a straight A/B comparison with more expensive models, is as good as you could hope for. I wasn't cursing them as I occasionally do when testing poorer brands.Battery life is quoted at 6 hours with a further 18 hours from the case, which is very disappointing in this day and age, but on the plus side you do get USB-C charging and, much more importantly, you can use a wireless pad as well. If you're like me and have a mixture of lightning connectors and USB on your equipment, a charging pad becomes pretty much essential unless you want wires trailing everywhere. Being able to plop an earbud case down at the end of the day without fumbling for a connector, and knowing it'll be ready when you get up, is great. So why, after all these plus points, do they only rate three stars? The answer is the touch controls. They're dreadful. I lost count of the number of times that I accidentally turned everything off when trying to get anything to work. The noise cancelling for example was so difficult to access that I gave up trying. On the two occasions that I did manage to get it functioning it was so poor that in any case it hardly mattered, but that's not the point is it?It's a real shame, but at a recommended price of almost £60 this is no longer considered to be an entry level product. Competition is fierce, and you'll get far better for your money with a little bit of shopping around.

Not amazing but good battery
Like the charging case and battery life. Sadly dislike the size and fit. Very cumbersome ( and I have big ears) which fall out regularly. Definitely not able to be used for sports/working out.

Average sound for the price.
These are a fairly low priced set of true wireless headphones, around 50 pounds at the time of writing, which means I'm not expecting audiophile quality. They came in a nice box with the Juice logo. Upon opening it, I was surprised at the size of the charging case, and also at the size of the earbuds themselves. The body is quite large and the 'leg' is also quite long. Build quality is OK, but not great - large seam lines where they've been put together. However, they feel sturdy and solid. Despite the size, they are a comfortable fit, so I have no problems there.Pairing was OK, but not faultless - at one point only one connected, so I had to put them back into the charging case. Once working I found the sound was good enough, maybe vocals could have been better, but it was clear and quite pleasant to a variety of genres of music. Soundstage/separation of instruments was OK, but not great. For the price, I'd expect better - I've used 30 pound Earbuds (Cuomi, Skullcandy) that are a lot better. I also found that when putting them back into the case they did not disconnect and were sometimes still playing even though they were charging! The ANC worked OK, but not as good as more expensive products - it did an OK job of drowning out some ambient noise like fans but not much else. (Again, for the price I wasn't expecting great things.)The control is a touch pad on each phone, which I found totally unusable. Trying to press and hold to cycle the ANC seemed to just skip tracks. An application or a haptic/proper key is the way to go here and ditch these dreadful touch controls. They hardly ever work!Overall, fairly average headphones, with ANC, but no other features and sound that isn't that much better than a 30 pound skullcandy or Marley set.Now onto the really bad stuff. The rating is for when they are working, but mine failed straight away. There's a funny 'burning' smell from the charging box (Which also got very hot when charging) and the left bud doesn't charge anymore - in fact, I think it might be dead.Given the price, the average sound and the fact mine fried straight away, I'd steer clear.
