Snazaroo Classic Face Paint, Bright Yellow, 18ml, Medium

I used this stuff to colour my face, head and neck as part of a fancy dress outfit for a Minion, and I found it to be great stuff. Once I had convinced myself to put enough water on the applicator sponge, it was a doddle. It didn't fade or streak, despite being on for several hours while I was out on the beer, but it washed off easily enough at the end of the night. Also, despite it feeling as though I had used a lot, there was loads of the stuff left at the end. If I need to use body paint again for any sort of outfit in the future, I will most definitely be using Snazaroo.

I bought this paint as part of a Marge Simpson fancy dress outfit and it worked brilliantly. I used a fake tan hand mitt to apply it which was great and resulted in far better coverage compared to others who used a small sponge. It took a couple of attempts to get the right balance with water but once it was on it stayed on all night. I failed at washing the paint off properly before I went to sleep but the paint washed out of my white bed sheets no problem the next morning.

Good quality, I wish it was more opaque though. Excellent value for money. I’ve used Mehron paints before which are way more opaque. Bought the yellow and white, both work well but missing a bit of coverage. You can build it up a little though. Would probably buy again cuz they’re very budget friendly. No staining with the white and yellow and SUPER easy to remove, it’s gone with just water (I still recommend using a face wash after though).

The yellow Snazaroo face paint is easy enough to apply but taking it off is a different story. My Aunty had it for Halloween she used face wipes, micellar water and washed her face with warm soapy water like recommended on the product. Her face is still stained from Friday! so if you want to walk around looking like you got jaundice this is the product to use. We also have Snazaroo black and white face paint but never had a problem wiping them off just the yellow.

As a lover of snazaroo face paint anyway this didn’t disappoint. Goes on well if you use a make up sponge and slightly damp the snazaroo paint pot not the sponge. The colour is bright and stayed on for most of the day (allowing for tiny hands rubbing at the face!) what’s extra great about this is it comes of really easily with a face/baby wipe so no scrubbing at the face of your little ones.
