Gives relief to some extent but not long lasting, not worth the money

I was not sure if this would work but it actually healed my heel pain totally. I did buy one size up after reading the reviews. Wore it daily with slippers and then wore it through the night as well for the first 2 weeks and the pain subsided considerably. Then I used them only after work in the evenings and night. I have washed them and air dried them. Now I use them only on the weekends. I do not know how it corrects the problem. I had severe heel pain on my right foot that I was limping. Now I have no issues at all. Thank you! It worked for me. Just needed to be patient!

Great product but if you are a size 7 the mediums have short velcro straps. Please go for a large.To the sellers, there are many of us who bought the wrong size. The mediums are meant to go up to a size 10. I don't have fat feet so can you ask the manufacturer to add an inch to the velcro straps so they are more comfortable.It's quite an expensive error. I have just put an order in for the large but I wish I had paid more attention to the reviews as I don't really have spate funds .
