I got the mattress customised. I liked the service. Very customer friendly. The mattress is very good. Worth buying.

My old mattress was more than 10 years old so I finally decided to buy one. Ive been suffering from horrible sleep and back pain coz of my old poor mattress, this new one from Cozy coir really helped with that. I didn't think such a firm mattress would be so comfortable for my back but it is! I spend a lot of time sitting on my my bed drawing and painting as well so I'm hoping this new mattress can take that (it's been almost a month and no caving in as of yet). It is firm, not rock hard but firm. About 8/10 on the firmness scale. It's also cool coz of the natural coir and that helps as I sweat a lot as well. All in all, worthy purchase and far reasonable in pricing than big name brands.

Happy to get custom size mattress. I got it customized, one side as hard and other as medium-soft. I like to sleep on hard side (coir side). Have been using it for months now.Pros - good packing, custom size, durable, comfortable and economical as well.A a con, Initially the mattress delivered was not of size that I requested. But, owner was helpful enough to send me a replacement immediately.Other good point is that owner calls to understand the mattress requirement and customizes it accordingly.

The media could not be loaded.  Going through the positive comments, I bought this Heavy Density Coir Mattress (72 x 48 x 5) on 09/09/2022 and we used it hardly for 1 1/2 months and we went to Dubai, and came back on March 31st 2023 and start using it till date ( total of 6 months use). In the beginning we have been very happy with the purchase as it was a good back support for my wife who has back pain, but recently we noticed that the middle portion of the bed is dig in (settling down) and not at all providing a comfortable sleep!!

Level of comfort and mediocre density makes the product worth it's price. Dealer support has been par excellence, right from the beginning to reply to all the queries and problem solutions.Keep up the good work...Team COZYCOIR

In my family we all slept in the floor till last 3 years. So we prefer firmer mattress. We have been buying coir mattress in locally sourced shops for about 4000, no warranty and the mattress will only last for 6-8 months.So we wanted to buy a branded one but popular brands costs about 15000, so we were skeptical and found this cozy coir brand bought this based on reviews and it delivered what was promised.COIR inside the mattress is super Thick and compressed very well. The mattress doesn't deform easily even if we placed a lot of weight ( I'm 88kg). The cloth stiched above the coir feels premium doesn't heat the body also. Comes with 1 year free service and 1 year paid service warranty.The mattress and the top cover was not damaged in anyway.The mattress is weight is heavy. You'll feel the premiumness right from the start.I'm satisfied for now.Will update if encounter any problems in the future.
