Got them for my toddler to wear for nursery with the wellies. Theese socks are very warm. He likes the cars designs on them. They sit just above his ankles. Will buy again next size for next winter.A little bit thick to wear with his usual size shoes, shoes feel a bit tight but I am just using next size shoes to solve the problem.

these definitely run small. based on reviews, I chose the 8-12 size for my four year old, and they fit her perfectly.she was complaining of cold feet during outdoor play at school, and these have solved that problem completely, so mission accomplished. but, they aren't holding up super well. lots of threads coming off of them, and pilling already after only a few wears.hopefully they last the season. they wont fit her any longer than that anyway.

These are great, warm winter socks as advertised. They do shrink up a bit in the wash though. My kids are 8 and wear size 2 shoes. These socks (size 8-12) just fit them so I wouldn't buy them for any shoe size larger unless you are VERY careful about doing laundry. No holes and seem to wear well (and my kids put them through the paces!)
