I keep it in rod holder around the clock as we live on out boat in saltwater environment. No rollers or anything to get messed up due to poor treatment by owner. I expensive enough to not be too worried about it.

Sturdy looking rod. What I found strange was that it is a saltwater trolling rod, yet the #6 SPRO wind on swivel won't go through the line guide on the tip guide. Even the #5 swivel is large for it. I just ordered #4 240 lbs swivels hoping it will go through. It would be great if the seller specified the smallest line guide on the rod.

Bought 3 and a guide insert on one broke on first trip. Frayed an entire spool and cost my customers some nice snapper.

This is my 4th Fiblink rod and I am more than happy with all of them. I travel a lot, so having rods that break down is important. I always believed I had to sacrifice strength and durability with travel rods, but not with these. They're well made and they perform!
