Fits well, good quality. Sweat more than usual

I use this every time I’m on the treadmill, and once I take it off theres so much sweat dripping from my stomach. I can see my stomach getting smaller and tighter, it feels good to sweat out all the toxins. As a bonus, I noticed my posture improve - it could be the fact that I’m working out more but I think the waist belt helped too.

It is stretchable and so it fits well and is comfortable in wearing. The velcro is strong and holds perfect. Additionally, it comes with a perfect zip lock bag to carry it anywhere. Overall, this is a high quality worth the money product.

I have been lifting and training for 4 years and incorporated waist trainers 2 years ago to get more out of my workout.I must admit I got this product for its looks and was sceptical that it will be able to keep up with me.However, am delighted with thr betterme brand - the waist trainer is high quality, velcro is strong and materials are tough. Good for everyday rough use as well.Keep it up

The product worked fine for a couple of months with moderate use. But then it showed signs of cracking and now has completely broken up. Not buying this again.
