10gb, what else do you have to say
Besides the case for my 1821+ not being easy to take off or on, it was easy to use. Poped in and worked.Highest speed on NAS was 940MB/s

It just works
Expensive, but I went for a branded Synology adapter because I wanted to be sure it was going to work. On an 1819+ undo 6 screws holding the case on, undo the screw and slide up the clamp that secures the card at the top, slot the card in, slide down the clamp, do up the screw. That took less than 5 minutes. What took longer was getting the case refitted due to an arrangement where there's a couple of pins that slide into slots and it took quite a few tries to get it all lined up perfectly, at which point the case slid into position and I was able to do up the 6 screws again. Plug in a network cable and check in DSM and there's a shiny new 10GB interface.
