Not For Routers
I was a bit disappointed to find it won't work with a router. The included slip of paper says not to use above about 3,600rpm (suggests around 1,750rpm as most ideal). The slowest speed my router does is 10,000rpm. The metal tube that pins the sandpaper probably does offset the center of gravity just enough that any higher speed starts to make it wobbly unstable. It is very well constructed though, so I'll find a way to couple it to a motor with the right speed range.Might be good to add that information about the rpm range it's designed for to this listing.
