This sure promotes drinking water. I put purified water in mine and put fresh peaches in the middle filter piece.And it tastes just like peach water. I am very pleased with this fruit infused water bottle. I don't drink enough water, but that changed as soon as I recieved my Willceal. After owning mine for a week and getting compliment after compliment from friends and strangers, I decided to order one for my workout buddy. I use the fruit of my choice in the center plastic piece and keep the fruit in there for about 8 fill ups or about 15 hours whichever comes first. Cold water works best when filling it up and sometimes I load the water bottle up the night before so the water is tasty first thing in the a.m.. The free pouch it comes with is very neato and can keep your water coolio. I don't use it, but it's a nice add on. There is a picture on the side of the box with fruit combination suggestions that help. My only complaint is, and it's not the products fault, I would like to know how much fruit to use. A few people have said I use too much fruit, but I really don't know. So I suggest use as little or as much fruits as you like. All in all worth it.
