I really wanted to like this bluetooth earbud with USB charger, and initially I did. It fits comfortably in the ear, the earbud sits nicely in its little depression in the charger, and it connected to phone calls wonderfully.Then the earbud stopped holding a charge. But WAIT! The company contacted me and sent me a completely new unit to replace the faulty one. Hooray! It worked great, held a charge for at least a couple hours (I always had it pushed completely in, and don't talk that long, so I never got close to running out of juice).Unfortunately, two weeks in with the new unit and it wouldn't pair with my iPhone. I didn't upgrade the iOS, didn't turn off Bluetooth, didn't do anything differently from every day the previous two weeks. I tried and tried different techniques to get it to pair, nothing solved the problem – heck, my phone was finding Bluetooth in cars parked next to me, but couldn't find this earbud to pair with. The company couldn't give any recommendations or troubleshooting, so now it's just a USB charger charging my old, nearly-broken earbud that never has trouble pairing and still works.Oh, well. Good service, wish the product was better.

Quick connection and clear on both ends of the conversation. Love it!

This bluetooth device is great. I can take calls or listen to music. The battery life is around 2 hour of continuous use (watching HULU). The charging station is unique in that the ear piece sets into it. There is also a USB port to charge additional electronics. Well worth it for the price.

I have tried several different BT earbuds and did not like any of them. I like the fact that this can simply be left in the vehicle and is always charged and ready to go. Our city has a cell phone use policy in place and this is the perfect fix, keeping us with the law.

This is a great idea and was very handy, but I couldn't keep the Earbud in my ear. There wasn't any way to make the earbud smaller and since I'm a woman, my ears are very small, this earbud needs to be smaller and come with different size covers to fit larger ears. I had to give mine away to my son.

Item worked awesome when I bought it. When making calls or using maps on my phone for directions it was amazing sound quality. The products only downside was that it blasted music and movies. I could never figure out how to make the volume go down; the buttons on the headset didn't make it go down, and the settings on my phone had no effect on it. I got this product about a year ago. The ear peice no longer turns on, except while it's plugged into the charge port and then the lights will come on.

Disappointed. Sound quality was OK when there wasn't static and it didn't fit in my eat kept falling out. I would have returned it but it fell out of my ear in a parking lot and was run over.

Do not buy! I use these all the time for work and this one lasted three uses and just up and died. useless!
