I have tried all of the Vegan soup base from Better than Boullion and they are very tasty. I would recommend the beef to make your Vegan soups. It is versatile. I also use it to flavor and marinate my alternative meat soy products. good products!

I was pleased with the flavor. I used it to create a taco meat replacement using lentils. For health reasons, I'm trying to incorporate more veggies and grains into my diet. This helps to provide the flavor of beef which makes switching out the beef for the veggies a little easier.

I have made gravy with this a couple of times and it has turned out really excellent! My vegetarian family loves it. It also makes nice stock for beans and soups.

I didn't know what to expect & I definitely thought it was too expensive BUT there's a BUT. This stuff is amazing & I have just purchased this one again & the chicken one for the first time. I also have the bisque flavor after I bought a bunch of seafood from an Alaskan Seafood Company. You just need a little bit and it goes a very long way. The commercial says it makes things taste like they have been marinating or cooking for hours and that is a fact. Finally some truth in advertising and boy am I happy. This can take over the use of a lot of other the seasonings that are usually too salty. This being bullion of course it contains a ton of salt but you're using so little of it and you're the one adding it so whatever you're cooking you can control the degree of how salty something is quite easily. The mushroom one really makes things taste amazing. I actually sauteed mushrooms and used a very little amount of it in the browned butter and it just enhances the flavor. It is terrific making fish and chicken with it & was easy & I had coated both with just a little & used some herbs which made everything easy & perfect tasting. I'm glad I spend the money, I'm not going to lie I do think it's overpriced but considering all the uses & it's a really good product that I'm already ordering again. I really can't complain about much else. I am definitely going to continue to buy this and use it and enjoy it. I would recommend it to anyone and if anyone has any questions that I might be able to answer go ahead ask but my guess is the answer to most of your questions is , it's wonderful, it's worth it and it's okay to spend a few extra dollars if you're getting maximum use out of a product and I am. Go ahead and buy better than bouillon and see for yourself.

The chicken one does not say bioengineered foods on the label but the Beef one does! It doesn't show that in the seller's photo. My mom is against bioengineered foods, I will have to research this myself and see if I want to even use this.

This tastes so good! I made a vegan brown gravy with this and YUM! This is great for soups, sauces and my fave, stroganoff!! Will definitely buy again as my local stores don't sell this.

I live this stuff. None of my local grocery stores sell it so I have to buy it online. Always ships fast and tastes perfect.

I used this to make vegan "ground beef" the flavour was there! This stuff is great and I will buy it again for sure. It's a thick liquid and you will have to keep it in the fridge after opwning.

This stock is INCREDIBLE and enhances any and every mushroom or truffle based soups, stews, rice, risottos and pastas. It brings out the richness and aromas of many dishes! Best kept secret that’s hard to find!

This worked well I made my own bone broth and added a little amount of this to it when I was making a sauce it worked fine.

Ideal present for a friend who could not purchase this item locally.

Was sceptical about the taste, but it is great.
