I needed an extension cord to increase the reach of a cord by a couple of inches. I didn't want anything longer because I'm tired of living in a house filled with electric cords and charging cables - I'm downsizing my cables. This would have been perfect except I didn't pay attention to the type of connector it is. I needed a standard 120V to 120V, this is a 120V to 240V. I'm keeping it because it's a good quality cable and I have no doubt that I will have the need for it and some point. I wanted to review it because I wanted to give a heads up so no one else makes the same mistake I made.

Clearly, a 5-15 to 6-20r cord is a limited use item, typically for use on chargers and other DC devices that will still work with input voltage derated.Nonetheless, it's never worth buying a low-end cord of any type. I'm happy to report that the Morec adapter is well-made indeed! The product is EXACTLY as the products pictures show, meaning substantial blades, heavy molding, and superior (marked, graded) wire. There's nothing worse than pulling out a cord to find the blades bent and smashed. You won't have that problem with the Morec.(As a side note, I appreciate the vendor showing ACTUAL product pictures and bigger-than-life close-ups. I really dislike seeing renders and having something very different show up. Thank you!)Recommended.
