Smudge Proof Mascara Coating
I’ve been using this product for years! Love the product! There are waterproof mascaras but never found a “smudge” proof mascara. I use this over my waterproof mascara and no more raccoon eyes!! Your body heat can’t prevent any products from smudging at all but it’s 98-99% smudge proof. The only downside is to get them off but Faceshop’s rice oil cleanser works really well. Definitely recommend for summer weathers!
