Good Fitness Tracker for Strength Training
I highly recommend this log book if you are looking for a good gym tracker. I think the book is meant to be a companion to Frederic Delavier's Strength Training Anatomy. It doesn't have the same illustrations of exercises, but it does have a lot of good information about muscle groups and works perfectly with that other book. Most of this book is made up of daily fitness logs that take up two pages where you can track your weight training and actually color in the muscles you trained, which is a really cool way of getting to track each wee's progress. Definitely worth trying out.
