BELL Pint Toddler Helmet, Solid Green (7108711)

If this was an item I was choosing at a store, I think it’d be great. It’s a Bell, and it’s a name I trust. With that being said, I would NOT recommend ordering this product from Amazon. I received the first helmet with a large dent on the top, and several black scratches in multiple places. Simply put, it looked used. I requested to return it and get a new one. I just received the second helmet, and it too is damaged. It isn’t scratched like the first, but it also had dents over the top. I don’t believe the dents in the plastic will affect the effectiveness of the helmet, but when paying for a *new* item for a full price, I expect to receive an item that looks new. I decided to keep the second helmet, because we need it and to avoid having to return another helmet. Overall, great helmet but try to find it in a store so you can inspect it for damage first.

This looks like a well-made helmet and it's very nice looking, but it's not as snug as I would have hoped. This helmet doesn't have a dial to adjust the fit around the circumference of the head like other helmets do; it only has the straps that you can make more snug around the chin. So this means there is room around my son's head for the helmet to go askew. It works for our needs (light backyard use) but I wouldn't recommend it for riding a bike at speed.

Helmet is really cool looking and I definitely feel like it offers good protection. My son has now been wearing for a year and it still looks good.I didn’t give it 5 starts for two reasons:•Even tho it’s a good fit for my (then 2) now 3 yr old, you can’t make the straps small enough to properly secure it.•The dosing it’s cool but when you “examine” the details it does have some areas where it looks a little “cheap” or unfinished.Overall, I would buy again 👌

Cheap bucket-style helmet with no internal adjustments (just padding) and non-customizable chin strap. We couldn't get a good fit, due mostly to the chin strap, so I returned and bought a Giro Scamp, which was much easier to adjust for a good fit.

My son loves this helmet. It fits him well (2.5 yrs old) and he has a slightly larger than average head size. Our daughter had this same helmet in pink and we found it to be nice looking and more protective than traditional bike helmets because it covers more of the head area.

My child's head is 50 cm but this does not fit him properly.There is no adjustment, it's likely suppose to create a firm fit with different size padding but that was not included.Very disappointed with bell

My almost 5yr old has had his for 2 years, no issues. Wears it to ride bike/scooter, then never takes it off. He will wear it for hours while he is playing outside and doesn't mind it. Easy for him to get on and off by himself. Just bought a second for my almost 2yr old.

Good Quality and definitely light weight, which I love. But it is advertised as "toddler" helmet and my above average sized 3.5 year old definitely still has some growing in to do :/ I still don't regret buying it though, it will fit eventually but for now i will have to stick to stores to make sure i find the right size

This does not have extra padding to change the size, and the straps are not adjustable on the side to center the straps around the ears. This is very disappointing for the price. I have bought kids bike helmets before that were significantly cheaper with much better adjust-ability. We bought this helmet because my son is about to start skateboarding as well, but he'd probably be safer in a properly fitted bike helmet....
