good for keeping your flowers for longer
These vials are perfect for preserving your cut flowers, either from your garden or purchased from the store. The tip is good if you are putting the vials in florists foam, and the large volume lets you put more water in so you dont have to fill it up often. The lids fit well, and dont tear when you put in large stems. The vials are longer then they are wide. I recommend these vials for any person who wants preserve their flowers with little need to refill the vials, and for general use. Though you are getting alot in one package, this is the cheapest option you are going to get.

Doesn’t function as needed. Discolored!
SO disappointed with these! I have to cut the hole in the top of the cap in order to insert a flower stem! Also, the batch arrived with multiple caps that were discolored a brownish yellow. Yuck!

Awesome Weed Killer Method!
I made a terrible mistake of planting a Clerodendrum indicum in the ground. I knew it was invasive but it was planted into a bed surrounded in all directions by concrete. Little did I know the roots would snake their way under a 6 inch concrete slab and pop up shoots 20 feet away! I immediately took it out of the ground but was not able to get all the roots and consequently more shoots are popping up.I tried everything I could think of to kill the roots without harming other plants next to the emerging shoots, but to no avail. An idea came to me about using these tubes with weed killer in them and by golly it seems to be working!I just stick a cut end of the weed into the cap, fill the tube with straight weed killer and attach it to the cap. It doesn't leak so it's safe to use right next to desirable plants. Just cut the stem of the offending plant at an angle just below a leaf node. I take a number 2 pencil and stick it through the hole in the cap to 'relax' it so it's easier to get the stem in.
