I was very disappointed with this purchase. When I opened the container, the cream was exposed directly with no protective seal or film, which is standard for most skincare products to ensure hygiene and authenticity.On top of that, the surface of the cream looked disturbed, almost as if someone had already used it. There was also a noticeable portion of the container that wasn’t filled, making it seem incomplete.This made me question the product's safety and whether it was brand new as advertised. I’ve requested a return and refund, but I wanted to warn others to check your product thoroughly upon receiving it.
