My 6 month old is able to easily hold the spoons and the barrier prevents her from gagging on it. She can feed herself and I love that they are silicone. She even chews on them and I can tell she loves them.

I love these little spoons. They are not hard, perfect for my 5 month old to start out with. They will retain the orange from carrots or sweet potatoes. I do sanitize after every use and the orange comes off that way. They don't fit all the way to the bottom of the glass Gerber or Beachnut jars so you have to dispense on a separate bowl.

My daughter is 6 months and uses these to feed herself. They’re so easy for her to hold and bring to her mouth. She loves them and can chew on them too which she loves. Good spoons to teach self feeding!

Baby loves both ends of the spoon. I like how it is short and has the protection from going too deep in his mouth.

Compared to other spoons that are too long for your little one to manage; this is definitely the better option. It’s more realistic to their ability and need. It’s soft so they can’t hurt themselves. Small enough for them to feed themselves big enough for their tiny cute little hands to hold properly! Highly recommendable!!! My baby started trying to grab his spoons when he eats but other spoons made him frustrated and posed a danger because they were longer and he could shove the whole thing in his mouth. Though other spoons are easier for adult to use not for baby. If you want your baby to become a bit more independent I recommend these!

I really just ordered these spoons because I thought they were cute and it would keep my 9 month old from choking herself while eating. I was actually very impressed and now my kiddo is very in love with these spoons.
