I did not find this to be the miracle that many have found it to be, but it is pretty good. To me it feels like putting on a Vaseline or Carmex lip balm. Thick and a bit sticky, with decent lasting power. I don't have any lip troubles, but I can see how this could be soothing to someone who does. It makes a nice emollient barrier.The color looks warm in the jar, but it is a clear blue-red rose color. It is very, very sheer on my heavily pigmented lips. I find that the color fades after about half an hour, but the emollient barrier remains for at least a few more hours. The smell is very rose-y and sweet at first, but don't notice it after a few minutes. I love rose scents though, so if you don't, this might not be for you.Overall, I will not buy again, simply because it is crazy expensive. But for those with lip issues that have tried all else, I think this would be worth a try.
