Just got this today, and it is amazing. I work manufacturing and have to do many carpal tunnel inducing tasks, dozens of times per day. This coupled with my heavy online gaming for the last 15 years, my WASD wrist is shot. This is like a body augmentation. Its like I've been provided with additional or new ligaments. I still get some pain, but I just received this today and its WAY better than it was before. Top tier product.Edit: After wearing off and on for a few weeks, I would not recommend sleeping with it on. This is meant for augmentation and support while in motion, and wearing while idle leaves you very stiff and sore. I looked at some of the other comments, and agreed that the thumb, in the webbing area between your thumb and index finger is far too tight. I laid mine flat, and cut the thumb off right where the black segment ended. The stitching is tight enough where the brace wont come apart and its FAR more comfortable for long usage. helps with the pain
a little on the pricey side and took several weeks to arrive, but it really helps with a variety of wrist/thumb issues. perfect for wearing inside your hockey gloves, blocker, etc, or in place of a glove when you golf. Worth every penny.

Normally I have issues when buying supports due to the fact that I have small wrists and arms.However this small fits. It tight, so tight that I'm thinking " should have got a m" so I advised you to go up a size! Trust me, it will fit.I've been wearing the item on and off during the day and it has/does made a difference.İ have carpal tunnel and various other issues going on in my arm and this sleeve has provided support and pain reliefUnfortunately i can't wear it at night as it gets too uncomfortable (tightness)So I'll be buying the next size up.Thé product is well made and good value for money.I recommend this product

Sizing XL Tight
The XL is too tight for my 8 inch womens wrist and across the knucles. This would not fit a man:s wrist /hand if he is big. It is well made and would be better made larger for XL size
