Product not as shown in photo
The product shown has an internal rim to allow the wheel rim to mount onto it. The ones delivered are flat on both sides so all the stress and load is on the lugs and none on the internal rim. This is the feature i was willing to pay the extra for and is missing on the cheaper models.Product worked just not what I was lead to expect.

Well-made, excellent fit & finish. Gave my old Jeep CJ7 a wider stance for better stability after upsizing tires. Worth the $$$.
Bought 2 pair of these RUGGED RIDGE 1.5" spacers to push the new rims/tires for my '85 Jeep CJ7 out a little further, to better balance the overall look of the rig and add a touch of extra stability, since this machine is older and no where near as smooth-riding & refined as newer Jeeps. (But then that basic simplicity is part of the allure & charm.) First impression wasn't so hot, as the box these spacers came packaged in was extremely flimsy and they literally fell apart just taking the parts out of them. (Seriously, about one step above toilet paper in thickness & durability. Thank goodness Amazon bundled them inside one of their own sturdy brown cardboard shipping boxes, surrounded in bubblewrap.) Next, the *instructions* consist of two, single-sided, one page photocopies: one is just a legal mumbo jumbo sheet essentially absolving Rugged Ridge & Omix-Ada of all legal responsibility by basically stating "we cannot control how these products are installed the way in which they are used, so we're not responsible for anything and you're on your own.") The other sheet has a list of part numbers on the top 1/3, denoting which spacers fit which vehicles. Below that is a small picture/drawing showing what's in this kit. The bottom 1/2 of the sheet is your actual installation info... consisting of 5 lines & 2 warnings. That's it. If you're not mechanically inclined then best of luck to you. Remember, a helpful friend is always good to have around! (And make sure your work area is clean and you have enough space to work efficiently & SAFELY!)POSITIVES: The overall fit & finish of the spacers is outstanding. No nicks, scrapes, milling marks or other blemishes were noted. Wheel studs look very securely pressed into the aluminum spacers. Included lug nuts are clean, evenly painted/coated and the threads are clean, sharply milled and debris free. General impression is that these beefy spacer units should do the trick and last a lifetime.NEGATIVES: #1) The kit says after cleaning the original wheel studs & axle face with a wire brush that you should use a "quality thread locker" to the wheel studs. Of course the tightwads at Rugged Ridge are too cheap to bother including a small tube of the stuff with each kit; necessitating a trip to the auto/hardware store and additional $6 spent for something that should come with them - especially considering their cost! #2) Not just any socket will fit the tight holes milled into the spacer to secure them to your axles. I had to dig around to finally locate one with walls thin enough to fit into the spacers; it was a 6pt. 3/8" drive deep socket, sized 13/16". 3) Make sure you have a torque wrench! The instructions don't have a list of what tools you need, so this is another expense unless you happen to have one, know someone who does or can go to an autoparts store that has a "tool borrowing" program, (where you put down a deposit, use their tool and get your deposit back when you return it).Anyhow... I set mine @ 100 ft.lbs. and reamed everything down, using the recommended 'criss-cross' pattern. Hand-tighten the lugs first, wiggling the spacer itself with your other hand as you tighten, to insure that it seats fully flush & centered to the axle face. DO NOT USE an impact wrench!! These spacers are aluminum and the brutish strength of an air or electric impact wrench could damage them AND/OR tighten the lugs unevenly, which could lead to "wobble" at speed. Something you definitely do NOT want! Many online Jeep sites recommend pulling your wheels and re-checking the torque spacer tightness a hundred miles or so after 'break-in' to make certain nothing's loosened up. I don't anticipate any problems, but intend to follow this advice for my own safety & protection. The spacers fit good and set the new wheels/tires perfectly to just inside the outer edge of my CJ's extended fender flares. BOTTOM LINE: Rugged Ridge has a good rep, so I'm counting on that. Considering how much more they cost than other similar units, I expect them to be trouble-free. 4 STARS (five for the product itself, minus one star for the wimpy packaging & much-to-be-desired install info.)

Quality
First of all, these clearly state to not be used with wheels that have less than 4.00" of backspacing. My wheels are 3-5/8", so I exceeded the recommended specs right there. Additionally, I imagine most users of this will be driving CJ jeeps that are lightweight and mostly trail-driven. I used them on the back of my 7000lb-ish Ford E150 for months with 31x10.5 tires and abused the hell out of this rig. I eventually took them off because I installed stiffer leafs and no longer need these anymore. In other words, I put these through MUCH more stress than they were probably designed for, and they worked flawlessly and without fail. If you need these, I can say without hesitation that they will serve you well.

Junk wheel studs
Had them almost a year now. Just took the tires off. The wheel studs in the spacers are piece of crap. Soft metal. One stud broke, the others had stretched threads. I used a torque wrench. I only had these on the back tires. The front had another brand spacers and had no problem. You cant just go to the auto parts store to get the correct studs to fix the broken ones. Will contact rugged ridge for replacement studs.

Just buy them. None better.
These helped give me the adequate space I needed for my wider tires. Along with tires I was puttin out a lot of horses. Close to 600hp on my half ton. These held on every mud bog and drag race I've gotten into.
