Q: How to you get the oil to come out? I can't seem to get any oil to come out of the bottle

You have to shake it at a sideways angle, so the air can get in there and push it out. Its a pain. The bottles should be plastic so you can squeeze it, like my other bottles of smellys are.

Q: Can these be used on the skin?

When you read the description for this product its says "...Perfect for Baths, Body and Hair Care, Homemade Lotions, Candles, Candle Wax, Soy Wax, Soap Base, Perfumes, Cleaning,..." I would take this to mean that you need to dilute the product in a carrier oil, lotion or other base carrier product. Here is what I found on their website. -Good Essential offers Fragrance Oils specifically formulated to be suitable for addition to soaps, candles, and both skin & hair care formulations. Our scents are rich, complex, and long lasting. Each Good Essential Fragrance Oil can be used individually or blended with additional fragrance oils to create a new scent.- If you purchase and decide to use it undiluted, do a patch test on your skin first.
