Lenses and frame are a hard-coated polycarbonate plastic that pop out if accidentally sat on. Lenses are scratch resistant and anti-fog. Ear plugs extend over 4.5 in for easy insertion into ear canals. Screw stems that attach the ear plugs are sonic welded, they won't break off. The cord that allows the plugs to come off the frame can with stand 13 pound of tension force.
