Hard to beat price! Tubes are 2/2 so far...
I ordered these after reading the variety of negative review. How hard can it be to make innertubes? Presta valve tubes for MTBs can get very expensive, very quickly, yet most of us don't really use the bikes the way they're designed to be used: offroad, high-impact, serious dirt.Let's be clear, I'm not a bike expert. Yes, these days I'm a bit more educated, since I've been rehabbing Craigslist mountain bikes for my kids instead of buying new bikes. But I'm not a bike mechanic (as so many reviewers claim) and I certainly don't know innertube details. But I picked up a pair of better quality wheels for my Trek 8500, and they require presta valves. So, now I need at least 2, but preferably 3 innertubes. So this looked like a great deal! $5 / tube is what Walmart charges for basic Bell 26x1.95 Schroeder valve tubes, but they don't carry presta valves... So, I decided to take a chance.I did NOT inflate the tubes outside the tires like the one reviewer did. Who does that, anyway? Who cares whether they have minor imperfections-- the tire holds the damn thing in place anyway?I simply put the tubes in the tires, installed the tires on the rims, and inflated them. And, lo and behold, both are holding air. So, 2/2 so far!I haven't taken the bike out for a hard ride yet. Once I've done that, I'll edit my post if a tube blows. But, honestly... my feeling was that if 3 of the tubes worked, I was getting my money's worth.Yes, when I took them out of the box (well-packaged, by the way), they felt a bit heavier than the Bell tubes from Walmart. But maybe they will be more durable? Who knows? Hard to say why a tube fails. And it isn't as if I'm trying to save 10gms per wheel...Anyway. Bottom line, at the moment the tubes are functioning as described, and I haven't seen any of the flaws identified by the other reviewers. $20 for 4 presta valve tubes! Dude!

Great Value
I am retired from owning a bike shop and do a little charity repair work on bikes. I have installed thousands of bike tubes over 50 years and these tubes seem to be of very good quality. Presta valves are designed so that they can be removed if you want to install a sealant. Shape of tube was uniform when I inflated out of the box. As with any tube you have to be careful when installing, as I have had many customers over the years complain that a tube was defective when it was clearly a problem with the install process. The first of these tubes I installed on a bike that had a extremely tight tire fit and I thought that I might damage the tube during the install, but it held up using care on my part. I expect to order this product again.

Great value for good tubes
I bought this product for use on my mountain bike! I ride about 3,000 miles a year and replace tubes about every 500 miles. These appear to be well made and packaged and they have great customer service.I'll try to update after I put some miles on them.

Exceptional customer service
I ordered a set of these tubes and they arrived. Hooray! 5 months later, I find out that two of the four of them had a factory defect. Normally, this is where I would leave a bad review. However, I reached out to the seller and the nicest guy (Eric) got back to me within a couple hours. He was very surprised to hear about the issue, and he corrected it immediately despite the fact that the order was so old. He was consistently very quick in his responses, and he was beyond helpful and friendly.I doubt if the defect my tubes had is a common one because I've gone through a lot of bike tubes in my life and I've never seen it before. If you order these tubes and happen to get a defect like I did, don't waste your time dealing with Amazon customer service. Go straight to the seller and you'll have an incredibly easy time. All in all, an unlucky defect was immediately turned into a very pleasant experience. I will absolutely be ordering from these guys again.
