Ninja Gaiden Sword-Black

I just received this sword today. It is great! There was only one flaw that I could find. It looks as if the sword doesn't sit all the way into the tsuka (handle). Thus, causing there to be a small gap between the habuki (collar) and the tsuba (handguard). This wouldn't be a problem if it had a seppa (spacer) like most realistic katanas. However, as a display piece this is not a problem. It's an excellent addition to my collection. If you are a fan of the Ninja Gaiden series I would recommend that you get this sword! However, be careful. Although mine did come with the red cord wrapped tsuka (handle) as pictured in the product photo; others have said that they have received other colors. I recommend you look at the individual seller's description of the product so as you know exactly what you are buying. Again, I recommend this to those that are fans of the Ninja Gaiden series or are looking for a nice display sword to add to their collection. Also, you may want to buy a table top display stand to put it on if you don't have one.

This item feels amazing in my hand and looks even better than what the picture shows. It’s sturdy for the most part. This is a real sword but is not made for combat. It’s a bit dull and is more for display and cosplay. A wonderful item

Ryu Hyabusa's sword is a great way to imagine that you are the mighty ninja with this wonderful replica from the video game. It is good for practicing and decoration. I also suggest that you purchase a sword holder to go along with the sword.

When I got the sword in the mail, and after reading other reviews that claimed that the vinyl around the hilt was different colors. I was AMAZED that that it had the red vinyl around the hilt. It looks exactly like it does in the video games. The only downside to it is that there's no compartment at the bottom of the hilt for the Dragon nor a replica of the Dragon Eye jewel that when inserted in the compartment, makes it the "True Dragon Sword". Other than that, it is a VERY good collectible, and is my very first sword. :)

This item is in good condition for a display piece. The blade was crooked a great deal but I'd not consider that damage. I bent it back to a good level. It was shipped through and I saw no signs of neglect or use so the bend was not due to poor handling by the seller. The sword was even polished and cleaned before shipped. I was looking for the red sword and I will eventually purchase it. But this sword is cool also a valued item for my collection. I thought I was ordering the red one but after a closer inspection of the description I saw that it said black. The picture did not reflect the items. It showed the red sword. Had I thought it was not the red sword I would not have purchased it BUT I was pleasantly surprised and the error was due to my oversight so I do not fault the seller.

Very nice blade and a nice replica but the sheath and fittings are made of plastic and look a bit cheesy.

It just wasn't made right.. Everything just seems thrown together and most parts are uneven and falling apart.
