I had been taking 2/day for several mos. and didn’t feel too much of a difference so I upped my dosage to 3/day and Wow! What a difference in my energy levels and even my breathing! Love Gaia products and will continue taking Liver Health which also is recommended by the Medical Medium. He even says usually the dosage listed for supplements may still not be quite enough. I feel he’s right. It’s enough to get the basics in your system but if you’re not feeling much differently try increasing the dosage another pill.

I had elevated liver enzymes, ALT and AST from taking anti fungus medication and being on HRT. I've tried Milk Thistle and Dandelion root from other manufacturers but had the best results with GAIA Herbs. I've been taking these twice a day and had labwork done recently which showed only slight elevation of AST. I haven't done anything different so these really work!

Recent CT scan show no evidence of previous fatty liver condition. Also use Noni Juice multiple times daily as suggested.Liver enzimes (sp) normal too.

An excellent product that I've used since 2007. Helped me overcome 'fatty liver syndrome'. Love it.

I use it every day. I think it's really helpful with gallbladder and liver problems. I have no issues taking it and I'm quite sensitive.
