Good stuff
I liked that you can use this rope in compact spaces. It worked well with someone who is not yet able to work with a regular heavy rope. Using it takes the heart rate up pretty quickly!

hyperwear sandrope=awesome
i love this thing. i got the 30lbs rope. there are many options for you work out w/this thing. i do my workout in the garage. you will be sweating & overall feel stronger after 3-4 weeks of dedicated workout w/this thing. a couple of things.1. donot do none of the battle axe excerecises. my first rope busted. but amazon overnighted me another one. i also contacted the main guys and hyperwear & they assured me that i'd have the 30day warranty w/amazon, & then the 1 year w/hyperwear afterwards.2. hit up home depot for a bigger carabiner to get things hooked up for the climbing rope option.3. make sure you switch sides b/c the sand will build up on 1 end.4. works great w/the iphone app "seconds" & a groupon membership to "fit radio"to keep you moving5. very happy w/my purchase, thinking about a second one for my wife.
