I got delivered this tricycle in 1 day. Giod product, delivered in completely installed and push bar can be fixed by us , no need of any tools to fix it. Over all good product with decent quality for the toddlers.

Rear both tires were different comparing with the front (which is exactly the same as advertised snap) and of very bad qualityFoot support as shown in advertised snap in grey color where as in actual it was black.similarly rear storage trunk is also in black color where in advertised its grey color.To summarize, the actual product looks are way far then the advertised.All these discrepancies turn the product into a bad looking item we received.Moreover the personnel on provided contact number also very rude.On complaining and bringing the shortcoming under his notice, his answer was this is what u received take it or leave it.Offcourse, nobody will bear such attitude.To all potential buyer, confirm before purchase since their help line is also help less

My Child has liked the cycle. The handle to guide is not adjustable so i have to bend slightly. The foot rest is a little loose and the plastic part covering it came off. Bought a nut from market to have it fixed. Works very well.
