Straps curl under which in turn make them painful to wear however they will mould to my feet in time have walked about 30 miles in them so far just need to get used to them.

An excellent hiking sandal that has stood the test of long walks over varied terrain.

Are comfortable over long distances on typical hiking terrain. I think they look good, who cares what others think, if they work!? As you might expect, are of little use over cut stone/grit paths, so avoid these wherever possible. Based on this season's performance, I expect them to last well

I have owned a number of keen sandals over the years and have been so impressed by the fit and quality. Every time they wore out I bought another pair. Bought these as a last minute holiday purchase and wore them for a week. Not impressed! you will see from the pictures that the heal bed has come away from the base and the sole has started to split. I wonder if the manufacturing process has changed or maybe I was unlucky? If Keen read the review could they confirm if the materials or manufacturing process has changed?

It's been quite hard to find the best sandals for my requirements. I needed some that were comfortable over long periods, reasonably rugged and could stand being immersed in water.These seem to fit the bill perfectly. I walked five miles in them on the day they arrived with no problems at all. They are certainly comfortable and appear very well made.I'm taking them to Galapagos in August so will write an update.

I was so impressed I bought a second pair of these sandals, sturdy, comfortable & a feel of real quality.

Great sandals well made,only gripe is ordered them on Monday 5th June for £75 got them on the Wednesday and my son was son impressed I went to order him a pair and they are now £64.i hate it when that happens,this is for the grey pair
