Bought this to go camping, used it once just to make sure it worked and it worked perfectly. I did throw an egg in the little pan to check it out. It's pretty simple. You turn the nob and it's on. Heats up, and you cook. Nothing complicated and will perfect for when we go camping.

It works well and heats up quickly! I would definitely recommend, wish I bought this sooner!

BEST meal ever!!! We just used the grill for NYE dinner for my family of 5. I had never used one before but a friend in Canada posted about hers. I hopped on this model bc it looked great, price was about what I expected to pay and it had the highest wattage for cooking. I had strips of steak, pork, chicken, shrimp and even deli pastrami (mini Reubens)...tons of cheese options shredded and sliced, little potatoes (par boiled), French baguette sliced, pretzel roll bites and tortillas. I had our favorite seasonings and olive oil to brush lightly over the meats and bread. The TASTE was delicious...everyone made their own things and melted their cheese in the trays below. We had Gorgonzola to melt over steak, Gruyere over potatoes, cheddar on pretzel bites, cheddar Jack for quesadillas...the combos were endless and everyone was thrilled! I did buy mini tongs with colored silicone tips so each person could have their own...plus one for the raw meats. We ended the night with Reese’s s'mores...too thick to put the whole s’more in the tray under the “broiler” so we separated the marshmallows...took 2 min and clean-up was a breeze! We had so much fun that we decided to Raclette today for New Year’s Day to enjoy it again!

Love this Raclette Grill. Heard about Raclette cheese on a cooking show. Then found out about this cool grill. Cut up fresh veggies, sliced a rib eye steak. Awesome fun time. Plan on using it many times.

Oooohh this pissed me off.. For how much i paid for this you'd think it would be solid enough not to bend almost in half when pulling it from the box!!! Don't buy this.... save yourself the hassle and headache of having to deal with returning as well

Product is as described. The packaging was extremely well done. Works great and is a lot of fun!One tiny screw was missing but it was inconsequential for use.

First raclette in 16 years! Absolutely loved it!

I have used many of these products and this is the best constructed unit so far. Well worth the price.
