I really like the quality and comfort of these shorts. The pockets are deep enough for my phone. I typically wear an XL but ordered XXL and they fit perfectly. 5’8” & 250 lbs.

Very soft cotton , nice fit , loose and ideal for lounging around the house .

Let me preface these comments by stating that I use these shorts as every day PJs. So they get a lot of use.Pros:- Very comfortable/soft- Nice length- Hug the hips nicely and no need to tie the drawstring- Warm- Using them as PJ's, its nice that they're normal looking. I can go outside to the mailbox or take the trash out and its not totally obvious that I'm walking around in my PJs.Cons:- Short pockets! I fail to understand why the current clothing trend seems to be shorter and shorter pockets when the technology trend is bigger and bigger phones. I have an S8+ and the phone barely fits in the pocket. If I'm in any position less than perfectly vertical, there's no chance my phone doesn't fall out. Note to clothing designers, use a little extra fabric and make pockets deeper!- Warm; it took some getting use to how warm these shorts can get. I like them now, but I was iffy the first week or so- Thickness; the materiel is pretty thick, which makes them slightly heavy. As PJs I would prefer something a little lighter (like gym shorts maybe?). They are still very comfortable though.- Durability; they seem like they are wearing out too quickly. This is hard to judge because I do wear them pretty much every day. After 6 months the rear end is wearing thin and I'm beginning to feel like I might be exposing myself soon. Granted, I've put a lot of time in them, but I've had other shorts used in the same capacity that have lasted much longer.Would I get them again? Yes, but with some reservations. They are definitely comfy. I don't think I would wear them for anything other than at home use. I can't imagine using them for actual exercise purposes and they aren't really something I would want to wear while out in public if I were trying to be even slightly fashionable. With bigger pockets and a little more durability, it would be a sure re-purchase.

Another great piece of clothing form Harbeth. These shorts have quickly became a favorite I've bought several pieces of clothing from these folks for both my wife and I and all of them have been exactly as described. These shorts fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable the quality of the materials used and the workmanship are both excellent. After being washed and dried they just got softer making them more comfortable and easy to wear the color is even and well dyed they didn't fade or bleed when washed and didn't shrink after being dried all the edges and hems are sewn very well with no strings or loose areas the sewn in string around the waist is wider than is found on most shorts or sweat pants so it doesn't cut into you when tied tight. I love the length they go to just above my knees the pockets are deep so what's in the pockets stay there when sitting or standing. I've been very happy with all the clothes I've bought from Harbeth and will continue to buy from them for both my wife and myself buying clothes online can be a gamble but this seller has taken all the risks away by being true to the size chart and to the colors pictured.

Update:After the first wash you can tell these are cheap clothing material because the fuzzy beads appeared after I washed them for the first time. They now look like I got them from the thrift store. They will get used for PJ shorts but not worth the money (22$)if you ask me. Go with the more expensivr branded ones that will last.1st impression out of the package:They fit somewhat bigger than i thought they would but that is okay! I am a muscular 165 5'7" with big legs and butt. They are very very soft and look great! I bought the Worn gray look and they don't look as worn as the picture which is good (They will be). Soft fleece lining, great lounging shorts and maybe the gym! They are lightweight enough and not thick and hot feeling. I have a pair of under armour fleece shorts that cost 2x as much. I like them just as much as far as feel goes!

I love the shorts for around the house and gym use.
