These charts are double sided with a large variety of strength work outs for the whole body. It was very easy for me to put my workout plan together using these charts.

Excellent quality posters. I like the option to be able to hang them vertically or horizontally because of the design on both sides. I also like how the exercises are organized into categories such as "upper body" "core" "total body" etc. I'll be able to put these up wherever I need them and because they are tough I'll be able to move them whenever I need to as well. The pictures are clear and the instructions simple and easy to understand. It was easy to give five stars for these.

Very happy with the purchase ! Quite long to unroll, but i was able to tape it on the wall so its perfect! I recommend this product :)

Quality signs that can be tacked to the wall or put in a poster frame. These signs are going into a converted bedroom to workout room. Both signs have different exercises and stretches front and back so you can decide which side to display on the wall. The sign ships in to card board containers and you have instruction in how to straighten them out. I laid my poster on the floor curve side down and placed books on them to flatten them out. This method works for me as the posters will not get creases in them. They shipped fast and arrived before my shipping due date. I recommend these sign for any home gym.
