No drying agent to this formula
This cream used to be the best,in a dry formula that made wonders with only one application to the rash. Now it s extremely oily and it is actually working in the opposite direction,it created red and swollen rashes to both my daughters. And i also bought 3 big bottles that are gonna go now to waste because probably they are from an old or expired batch. No idea what happened with the old formula but if there is any way to get the money back,at least that i could appreciate.

Dont be fooled- this is a new formula and doesnt work as well as the old one.
This creme changed! It now comes whith some sort of oil which seeps out of the container, you have to shake/mix it very well before using or you get lots of oil and no powder or too much dry powder that cakes. It does not work well with diaper rashes, the oil or watery consistency does not dry quickly and stings. What happened with the old formula?! It worked wonders. I thought i had ordered the diaper rash creme/powder but this is not it and apparently this replaced the good one!I still like it better than regular petroleum based diaper ointments but feel like ive been ripped off bc its not the same as it used to be. It even comes in a larger bottle, now it is 4oz, the better one was 3oz.

Product separates
My go to for butt care. Upon first use place item in a hot bowl of water for a few minutes then shake. Do not shake to hard. Everytime you use it make sure there is no air when you close it so product does not separate.

Product works well, but separates like MAD
I am a long-time user and fan of this product, but as other people mentioned in their Amazon reviews, the stuff I received in my order via Amazon separates like crazy. I usually purchase it in a brick & mortar store, but recently cannot find it anywhere. I was so pleased to see it available on Amazon. I can only imagine the change in consistency has something to do with how its being either stored or shipped.Initially it was fine, then about 2 weeks later, it separated. I shook it up as someone said, but it never really congealed, and all that flowed out was liquid. I took someone's suggestion to pour it into a small jar, and noticed a layer of thick cream at the bottom of the tube. I don't think unless you're Godzilla, you could shake this stuff back into its originally intended consistency.6 hours later, it has started to separate again, but at least I can see its separated and stir it up, and at least I'm not pouring pure oil all over my hand.I use this before and after biking. Yes it stings at times. It is a great protective, and healant.

Not ideal for advertised use
The lotion is smooth and dries to powder, although becomes crumbly. I bought as an alternative to baby powder but my LO ends up with a red bum (I’m guessing from moisture) I will be going back to drying with tissues after wet wipes.I’m sure this lotion to powder will be nice after a bath on arms and legs, just not under diaper

Not What it Was
I have been buying this product from Amazon since 2016 and it the first time I have been disappointed. The cream is oily instead of thick and drips all over. My grandson has developed a severe rash which I suspect is caused by this inferior product. I just want to ask what happened. Is it a different manufacturer. The product worked so well before and now I’m afraid to use it. Very unhappy.
