Perfect For Art and Projects
This item is exactly as described and it is serving its intended purpose very well. It is sturdy and holds the paper roll well. It can also be folded up for storage or moving from place to place. I would recommend this item.

Great Cutter!
I was concerned about buying this cutter because of some of the reviews. It is not flimsy and does not tip over when you cut your paper. There is a technique for using the cutter. You need to start tearing at a higher angle and tear across smoothly with a steady pull. It is also light weight and folds up nicely. Be sure to check in the box for the rubber feet. Some people had problems getting the rubber feet to stay on the cutter. If you look at the feet you will see a ridge. You need to put each foot in the hole. Now take a needle nose pliers and pull them through. I just put mine on carpet and have no problem with it slipping or tipping. Again, this is a very nice cutter.

Fast and efficient for gift wrapping!
I work at a toy store that wraps gifts for free year round, and we have a station with one of these and it makes wrapping so easy, cause no scissors are required, so this year I bought one for home, and it works just aswell. I wrapped all our gifts in about 30 minutes. The only tough part is getting a huge roll of wrapping paper, you need fat rolls, or the bar the cleanly rips the paper won't tough the roll, and it makes it hard to tear straight pieces. So get the right size roll, and its perfect.
