Love these, on ordering, I thought they were expensive, but after receiving them, I found the quality was excellent and worth the money

Great product and even better service
I ordered at 10 drawer set and a five drawer set, delivery was quick but when I opened them one had silver handles and one had black. Contacted Julie at Osco who was very apologetic and got a new set sent out. They arrived in a few days and again had the wrong colour handles. Contacted Julie again as it looked like some were marked wrong at the warehouse and she got them to check the contents before shipping again. Response and service was outstanding and I now have a great looking storage system that I couldn't be happier with.

I wanted to order 3 of these after spending a lot of time researching to fit my cupboard then when I got the basket refused to deliver where I live. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted- I live in Northern Ireland which is part of the United Kingdom and not in Outer Mongolia or somewhere similar.

No assembly needed. Looks great. Trays good size to hold foolscap folders. Seems sturdy. Love it.
