We received every thing in great shape and it was easy to put to gather.Great product, It made washing my wife's hair very easy.

This product is very convenient, and does the job. The only issue that I have is that the nozzle for the sprayer does not fit any of my sinks. I would recommend purchasing this item without the sprayer to save money. Another concern is that the cord that empty’s the water, has to be angled down in order to work. Otherwise, the water is unable to flow out. I put the cord in my bathroom tub so that I don’t have to work about emptying water buckets.

Better than all other competitors products. The basin is DEEP. Keeps water in the bowl and doesnt make a mess like the other shallow options being sold

Sprayer does not have a handle so you have to turn the water on and off between shampoos and conditioning. The drain hose could be longer. The drain hose will not drain if the sink is high. The drain hose is at the bottom of the basin so the drain needs to be lower to draw the water from the basin.

Very Disappointed😞Wish the drain hose was a bit longer. Had to stop washing hair to empty the bucket I used to catch the draining water. The hose used to wash the hair didn’t fit over the faucet spout. This was a waste of money.

The media could not be loaded. This was especially fun to use and came in soooo very handy, very quickly! I have used this several times and am very happy with it. I checked out the reviews first and followed some of the advise that was given. I used a commercial mop bucket to allow the water to drain into, I also put a weight on the end of the hose so that it will stay down in the bucket. It also allows me to adjust the basin and tighten enough to stay put when someone is leaning their head against it. I use an old adjustable desk chair for seating, so that it can be moved up or down depending on who needs to get shampooed. For children, I have put a pillow on the seat of the chair as some may be a little shorter than others :0) .... ultimately, I am a happy camper! Even with how and where I set this up, it still ends up being a good experience for me and the person I am shampooing. This video is for a dread-loc detox, which typically is a 20-30 minute process...long story short - my friend had no complaints and was comfortable through the process!
