Update- Defective frother: now works!
I purchased a handheld milk frother , a little over a month ago (July 17th) and it has already stopped working (August 23rd) . The frother was functioning well initially, but it no longer turns on despite trying new batteries.Update- changing my rating- A company rep contacted me and offered to resolve the issue. They were more than willing to assist, and now my frother is no longer defective. Excellent customer service support!

Can't turn it off - UPDATE
Below I commented on my original experience with the frother. To my very pleasant surprise, I was contacted by the vendor to work on rectifying the issue. I received a new frother that works perfectly. And large volume froth. Easy to clean, easy to use, and cute. So happy with this item with it working! And excellent customer service I'm very appreciative of. Went from 3 to 5 stars.I purchased this item over a month ago, and just used it for the first time last evening. The space for the batteries is really quite tight; it took me some maneuvering with the batteries to get them in. Once they were in, the frother immediately started. And I could not turn it off! I've tried multiple times with the on/off button. The frother works well. Seemed relatively easy to clean. Comes with a stand (I don't use as I keep this in a drawer). I think it's too late for me to get it exchanged with one that can turn off. With the challenge getting the batteries in, it was also a challenge getting one out (to turn off the device). It's laying open in one of my kitchen drawers.
