Works perfectly well. I use it for my home office phone to make and receive calls. I also use it with my cellular phone. It cancels out the background noise.

I needed these for the office and now use these for both my landline telephone and also video calls on the laptop. Easy transition between the two and very clear audio. Music is not great through them but they’re not designed for that. I’d definitely recommend these.

This is a great headset. I spend a lot of time on the phone and have used headsets in the past that make my ears hurt after not too long. My head is a bit on the wide side and this headset doesn't cause pain even after several hours of use. The headband is metal and can be adjusted/bent as necessary to accommodate a wide head and the swivel ear phones allow the pads to match the angle of the ears, minimizing uneven pressure. I use it with my iPhone and the sound is loud and clear.I did notice that it picks up a lot of wind noise from breathing. This is not a fault of the headset but rather a consequence of having a microphone positioned close to the nose and mouth. New phones so needed new headset and didn't need wireless; audio is excellent for me and the caller.
